Super 8 by Wyndham Hardin Little Bighorn Battlefield

Like almost every hotel/motel I’ve stayed in, 5 stars for the front desk staff. Most room stuff was 40 years old but it was all clean and working. Toilet, TV, and shower curtain all close to new. Ask for a room on the opposite side from the neighboring casino, and upper floor will be quieter. Oh and it was almost $60 cheaper than the other options in Hardin. Hard to argue with that!

It's all a matter of perspective. Can't complain, this was some serious bang for the buck. We were here for three nights for the Montana State Swim Meet and couldn't have been happier with our room. As far as reviews about the heat, water or TV, they had our room nice and toasty when we walked in and we stayed really comfortable temperature wise throughout our stay. For the hot water, you just turn it the opposite way and you're golden and the TV, was top-shelf. The location is great, two minutes from the pool, the grocery store, all the local eateries, super convenient. Best of all, the people here at the Super 8, from our check in to our interactions with all of the employees, we felt welcomed by warm and friendly faces each and every day.

Basic hotel, rooms were comfortable, and appreciated the plugs for the electronics. If you have a bug phobia, this might not be your bets choice, as in the mornings, dead moths and other crawlies lay dead on the bathroon floor. But the staff couldnt have been more helpful and accommodating and give them all a 5+ The only reason I gave them 4 stars overall is because they dont serve breakfast yet their adds say they do.

Great place to stay! If you are looking for a friendly staff, awesome pool with a slide, and an overall comfortable place to stay, this is the place. Jonathan is such a nice guy. Very accommodating and personable along with his staff. Everyone there works hard to make your stay a great one. We greatly appreciate all of the site recommendations, history lessons, and overall kindness shown toward us during our stay!

The best part about this experience was the hospitality, both of the staff, and the strangers that I met during my stay. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. I would rate this higher if I could-- my family and I drove over 1600 miles to visit the Little Bighorn, and were delighted with our stay. Staying at this Super 8 allowed us to interact with many of the Native Americans, many of which were very open with sharing their experiences and providing us with bontiful and rich historical knowledge, both in their culture, and in the surrounding area. The staff here asked constantly if there was anything they could do, and did all they could to satisfy the needs of their customers. We received a very friendly note by a worker by the name of Jennifer, who was one of the sweetest ladies I've met. The general manager, Jonathan Beartusk, was up all day and all night to ensure maximum comfort for the guests staying at this establishment, and even showed us his wonderful artwork and indulged us in playing his instrument. Many of the bad reviews were simply due to the fact of this establishment being understaffed. I encourage those poor reviews to be disregarded, as just asking the front desk about the issues you have experienced, if any at all, would be enough for them to bend over backwards to ensure your stay is pleasant and well worth the cost. If there is an issue with your room, such has been previously expressed in a poor review, letting the staff know will be more than enough to correct that inconvenience, among other things. Overall, my family and I rate this experience higher than a 5 out of 5 stars, and hope that this is expressed through the aforementioned review.

Rooms were clean and smell good, front desk staff are really nice. Jonathan went above and beyond giving us information we needed, he was very kind and helpful.

The people at this hotel were just the best. They kept the air conditioning on blasting high when it was a super hot day even though I’m sure it wasn’t cost-effective for them. The man at the front desk was so knowledgeable and so kind. The bed was clean and comfortable. They have tons of quarters at the front desk and it’s easy to do laundry!

We stopped here to rest after our 13 hour drive, staff was extremely respectful and helpful. We didn’t want to pay a lot for just a couple hours of sleep and he was nice enough to call hotels in Billings for us (with no luck). We ended up staying, room was clean, bed was clean, can tell they’ve been doing remodeling. It’s no 5 star Luxury hotel but for us it was close enough!
